Shikshami Classes is looking for a proactive Admission Counselor to join our team in Aligarh. The role involves engaging with parents and students via telecalling and in-person consultations at our center. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be target-driven, and have the ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling & Lead Conversion:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents using provided leads.
- Effectively counsel and explain course benefits, address concerns, and drive enrollment.
- Handle objections and doubts to maximize conversion rates.
2. Walk-in Counseling:
- Greet and assist parents/students visiting the institute for inquiries.
- Present detailed information about courses, faculty, and institute benefits.
- Assess prospective students' needs and recommend suitable programs.
3. Data Management & Follow-ups:
- Keep accurate records of inquiries, walk-ins, and follow-up statuses.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on leads to enhance enrollment opportunities.
- Organize and manage admission paperwork efficiently.
4. Target Achievement:
- Achieve defined admission targets through effective telecalling and walk-in counseling.
- Address concerns with problem-solving approaches to ensure student enrollment.
5. Professionalism & Customer Handling:
- Display a warm, welcoming attitude in both calls and face-to-face interactions.
- Build rapport with parents/students by demonstrating empathy and patience.
- Maintain professionalism to uphold the institute's reputation.
6. Office & Technical Skills:
- Use MS Office (Excel, Word) for data management and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM software (if applicable) for managing leads and follow-ups.
