At RiseUpp, we are hiring Admission Counsellors to sell our portfolio of online degree programs, including MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA courses. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about education and adept at direct-to-consumer sales, guiding prospective learners through the decision-making process and helping them enroll in programs that suit their career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Career mentorship: Serve as a guide for prospective students, offering personalized advice on how RiseUpp's online degree programs can help advance their careers.
2. Tailored counseling: Provide detailed, individualized counseling to learners on choosing the right course.
3. Achieve enrollment Targets: Consistently meet weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets, contributing to RiseUpp's growth.
4. Showcase program value: Communicate the unique benefits of RiseUpp's online degree programs, demonstrating how they provide flexibility and quality education.
5. Lead management: Manage leads throughout the sales lifecycle contacting, presenting program details, closing enrollments, and maintaining relationships post-enrollment.
6. CRM & reporting: Keep track of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information on lead status and providing insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
