The academic counselor is a part of the admissions team and helps to guide the students to gain admission to our associated colleges. They are responsible for, but not limited to the given responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective students from the point of enquiry to admission and documentation process for the same
2. Follow up with any situations that may require additional information or help from the tele-counseling coordinator
3. Seek to consistently expand knowledge of university academic and extracurricular programs to be able to counsel students within their area of interest and provide correct information regarding such areas
Skills required:
1. Familiar with the Excel software
2. Efficient and knowledgeable as possible when making calls
3. Good communication skills in English and Hindi
