Experience in Higher Education or EdTech: Background in counselling for higher education institutions or EdTech platforms.
Experience in B2C Sales: Ability to work in a business-to-consumer sales environment, particularly in education-related fields.
Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of cultural diversity and the ability to counsel students from various backgrounds.
CRM & Data Management: Experience managing leads and students using CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and understanding of tracking metrics.
Digital Literacy: Familiarity with virtual counseling platforms and online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple student inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues or concerns students may have regarding admissions, courses, or program selection.
Understanding of Student Needs: Ability to empathize with student concerns and provide personalized, relevant solutions to their challenges.
Collaborative Team Player: Willingness to work with other departments (marketing, faculty, etc.) to ensure a smooth admission process.
Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet or exceed enrolment targets and performance goals.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
