Key responsibilities:

1. Call on potential business and creates an effective pipeline of potential contacts
2. Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all clients and prospects
3. Call on verified leads to convert them for admission
4. Brief the details to inquire about the course
5. Take incoming calls and proceed with sales
6. Handle and achieve all sales activities
7. Handle and achieve all payment activities from the leads
8. Make outgoing calls/make text messages to inquirers
9. Answer questions and provide details about offerings upsales
10. Accurately enter inquirer/student information into the company database for record and billing purposes
11. Follow-up with inquirers by making subsequent sales pitch
12. Inform batches schedule to students
13. Coordinate with administrative staff for smooth enrollment of the student
14. Work on tasks as assigned by the management
