Key responsibilities:

1. Guide students and parents about courses, the admission process, and program details.
2. Help students choose the right course based on their academic goals.
3. Oversee the complete admission process from application to enrollment.
4. Review applications to ensure eligibility and track application statuses.
5. Participate in education fairs, workshops, and outreach programs to promote the coaching center.
6. Build relationships with schools and colleges to generate leads.
7. Maintain a database of inquiries, applications, and admissions.
8. Prepare reports on admission statistics and trends.
9. Handle inquiries and follow up with potential students.
10. Send official documents, fee details, and admission offers to students.
11. Work with academic and finance teams to ensure smooth enrollment and fee collection.
12. Ensure the admission process follows all rules and regulations.
13. Maintain accurate student records and legal paperwork.
14. Provide post-admission assistance with queries or course changes.
15. Support students through orientation and transition into the program.
