About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor ongoing ad performance to ensure alignment with client goals and provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive better campaign outcomes.
2. Develop comprehensive reports on ad performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, acting as the point of contact for all account-related matters
4. Monitor, oversee, and optimize campaigns from start to finish, including budgeting, launching, troubleshooting, and ensuring alignment with client goals
5. Manage the full sales cycle, from locating new potential partners to negotiation, contract signing, account management, and customer success
6. Leverage your hands-on experience in digital media planning and buying to develop effective media plans and campaign scheduling
7. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and track progress toward client objectives
8. Identify and attract new advertisers who are seeking to promote their applications through affiliate and performance marketing channels
9. Maintain a comprehensive MIS for billing, estimates, ROIs, and other relevant metrics

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. 2+ years of experience in Account Management with a focus on Advertiser and Publisher clients
3. Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts, driving results, and exceeding targets
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
