Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard creators to our affiliate marketing program
2. Identify and reach out to potential creators through various channels, including calling them, social media, email, and networking events
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials for creators
4. Provide ongoing support to creators, helping them maximize their earnings and optimize their promotional efforts
5. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance
6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, serving as their main point of contact for all affiliate-related inquiries and support
8. Store data of all the campaigns that are live and we are pitching for
9. Work in tandem with the data team to ensure creators being added to the Affiliate team have rich data captured ensuring no duplicates
