Aftersales Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding product issues, warranties, and service requests.
2. Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product-related concerns.
3. Coordinate with the technical team for repairs, replacements, and service follow-ups.
4. Maintain a record of customer complaints, service requests, and resolutions.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
6. Educate customers about product usage, maintenance, and best practices.
7. Work closely with the sales and production teams to improve product quality and customer experience.
8. Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
