About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Replying to agricultural queries related to crops, seeds, markets, products, services, etc. received on the mobile app, customer service number & social media platforms within the decided TAT
2. Tracking the latest package of practices issued by various research and educational institutes
3. Collecting updates on recent agriculture developments and technology
4. Preparing/updating crop lifecycle documentation & technical notes, seasonal content, and blogs/articles
5. Arranging field visits to various farms for video documentation and creating short advisory/update videos for social media posts

Skill(s) required

MS-Office

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. B.Sc./M.Sc. in agriculture

2. Experience working with agriculture input & services companies or managing farms will be an added advantage
