AI/ML Engineer With AWS (Computer Vision) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and optimize computer vision algorithms for tasks such as object detection, image segmentation, facial recognition, and image classification
2. Collect, curate, and pre-process large datasets of images or videos required for training and validating computer vision models
3. Implement techniques for data augmentation to improve the robustness of models
4. Train and fine-tune deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
5. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and refine models to achieve desired accuracy and efficiency
6. Deploy trained models into AWS production environments, ensuring they are optimized for performance and scalability
7. Integrate computer vision solutions with existing systems or applications
8. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in computer vision and AI/ML
9. Experiment with new techniques and methodologies to improve existing models and develop innovative solutions
10. Optimize model inference time and accuracy for real-time applications
11. Implement efficient memory management and computational techniques to ensure smooth operation of computer vision systems
12. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions
13. Communicate findings, progress, and challenges effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
14. Document algorithms, models, and processes clearly for future reference and reproducibility
15. Prepare reports and presentations to share results and insights with the team and management
16. Identify and resolve issues related to model accuracy, performance, and integration
17. Debug and troubleshoot problems in deployed computer vision systems
18. Ensure that computer vision solutions comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards, especially concerning data privacy and bias
