Key Responsibilities:

1. Code, develop, and backtest complex quantitative trading strategies alongside experienced quantitative researchers and senior traders
2. Utilize advanced mathematical models, statistical techniques, and machine learning algorithms to enhance strategy performance.
3. Work with large financial data sets to find patterns and trends using statistical analysis.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantitative models into trading platforms and ensure seamless operation.
5. Interact with experienced teammates to learn and implement bespoke solutions that balance speed, features, and cost to improve our technology stack.
6. Test and confirm that quantitative models are accurate, reliable, and meet regulations.
7. Build Python tools and automate tasks that traders currently do manually.
8. Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and related domain news.
9. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on strategy performance and insights.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

-Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

-Strong proficiency in Python language and statistical libraries like Numpy, Pandas.

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

-Experience with Ubuntu, VSCode, GitHub, and MongoDB

-Good knowledge of both Equities and Equity Derivatives trading especially options and futures

You will stand out if you have…

-Prior trading experience, with knowledge of derivative products like futures, options, and perpetual

-Experience working on trading systems and infrastructure

-Experience working with FIX APIs

-Experience with backtesting frameworks and trading platforms.
