Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Implement and maintain the best practices for Android development.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Android developer.
Proficient in Kotlin or Java.
Strong understanding of Android SDK and its components.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Experience with Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Knowledge of the mobile app development lifecycle.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of Google Play Store guidelines for app submissions and updates.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Android Jetpack components.
Familiarity with Firebase or other cloud platforms.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum team.
Knowledge of mobile security and data protection.
