1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
1. Technical production support experience.
2. Knowledge of ITIL process of change/release management.
3. Hands-on experience in issue analysis and bug fixing.
4. Knowledge of SIT and UAT testing.
5. Hands-on experience with ticketing tools like UniDesk, Unicenter, etc.
6. Knowledge of Windows scheduler and SQL scheduler.
7. Having docker and container will be preferable.
8. Experience with monitoring tools like app dynamics, appnomic, and Dynatrace will add an advantage.
9. Knowledge of criticality of P1, P2, P3, and so on category tickets.
10. Quality communication and technical Knowledge such as .NET, SQL Server, IIS, API, and Java.
11. Experience in software development, deployment, and maintenance.
12. Strong skills in applications production support mainly within Windows Server, MS-SQL, and IIS.
13. CRM Next knowledge will be preferable.
14. Must be a graduate.
