About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform daily health checks of application and update the status in the health check sheet.
2. Monitor application performance, Integration jobs/batch processing.
3. Monitor tickets assigned in the group and act for closure.
4. Ensure all tickets close as per agreed time (As per SLA agreement).
5. Coordinate with multiple teams for incident resolution like server team, DBA team, network team, storage team, etc.
6. Provide data to different business teams by running SQL queries.
7. Perform deployment of release in SIT and prepare SIT test cases.
8. Perform Production release deployment and monitoring.
9. Review the system performance and capacity periodically to avoid any impact on availability.
10. Participate in BCP Drill activity & update the Run Book.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Technical production support experience.

2. Knowledge of ITIL process of change/release management.

3. Hands-on experience in issue analysis and bug fixing.

4. Knowledge of SIT and UAT testing.

5. Hands-on experience with ticketing tools like UniDesk, Unicenter, etc.

6. Knowledge of Windows scheduler and SQL scheduler.

7. Having docker and container will be preferable.

8. Experience with monitoring tools like app dynamics, appnomic, and Dynatrace will add an advantage.

9. Knowledge of criticality of P1, P2, P3, and so on category tickets.

10. Quality communication and technical Knowledge such as .NET, SQL Server, IIS, API, and Java.

11. Experience in software development, deployment, and maintenance.

12. Strong skills in applications production support mainly within Windows Server, MS-SQL, and IIS.

13. CRM Next knowledge will be preferable.

14. Must be a graduate.

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
