About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural planning: Create plans in accordance with Vastu principles, including blueprint creation, cost estimates, MDDA drawings as per local bye-laws (including application handling and objection resolution).
2. Working drawings: Structure design (column layout plan, footing plan, slab details), electrical plans, plumbing drawings, furniture layout plans, door/window schedules, 2D and 3D elevation designs.
3. Project Mmnagement: Manage office and project tasks, handle client relations from start to finish, conduct occasional site visits, and work diligently to meet project deadlines.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

Skills:

1. Must-Have: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design (any software), strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

2. Additional Skills (Preferred): Quotation preparation, MS Word, MS Excel, English and Hindi typing, and interior design knowledge.

3. Work Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in architecture working under a registered architect or architectural firm is required. Experience in Dehradun is highly preferred.

4. Education: No mandatory degree or diploma is required. However, holding a degree in architecture (B.Arch) is an advantage.

Additional Notes:

- You don’t need to be a professional structural engineer to prepare structural drawings.

- Knowledge of Vastu and MDDA bye-laws is a plus.

- Please attach your portfolio (especially showcasing your 3D work) along with your CV.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
