1. Working from the design phase to the execution of the upcoming residential & commercial projects as well as working on projects of existing infrastructure renovation and improvement
2. Working on leading the organization s construction practice towards a more environmentally sustainable future while being durable and easy to maintain
3. Working in designs related to health & hospitals, residential, education, community spaces, offices, or any other use that would be required, and also projects related to water and sanitation
4. Working on the design of new projects
5. Studying the location given and specific needs and working on a suitable design along with the local engineers in charge of the area
6. Working on the development of 2D and 3D drawings throughout all phases of the project, from the design phase to the execution phase
7. Working on providing all the detailed information to engineers for the estimated development
8. Revising estimates when required to make sure that design and estimate are matching
9. Giving support to the local team of engineers in different designs required
10. Providing drawings when required for any specific project
11. Working on-site monitoring and coordination with builders during the construction of the different projects making sure that the solutions are being well executed as agreed in previous phases and are following the timelines
Requirements:
1. AutoCAD 2D, as well as any 3D development software
2. Complete control of MS Office and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign..), and knowledge in bio-construction would be considered
3. Skills - Social skills and sensitivity to interact with people from different cultures and design for people with different needs
4. Bachelor s degree in architecture
5. Higher education in a related field
6. 1 year of experience is a plus
7. Team player: Able to work with a team of 3-4 people
8. Local builders or vendors, and the ability to multitask and monitor several projects on a daily basis
9. Being proactive and willing to take initiative

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
