We are looking for a talented architect proficient in Google SketchUp and AutoCAD to join our team at Elemental Spaces. As an Architect with us, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, design and manage building projects from start to finish, and collaborate with a dynamic team to create innovative designs that push the boundaries of architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using Google SketchUp and AutoCAD
2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop design concepts and solutions for residential and commercial spaces
3. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning and development
4. Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to improve design processes continuously
6. Ensure planning compliance with building codes and regulations.
7. Contribute to the overall success of the company by bringing creativity and innovation to every project
