This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect in Ahmedabad.
Key responsibilities:
1. Designing and overseeing the construction of complex building structures, including residential, commercial, and public buildings
2. Working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an Architect or in a related role
3. Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, and other architectural software
4. Thorough knowledge of building codes and regulations, as well as construction methods and materials
5. Experience leading teams of architects, engineers, and other professionals
6. Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional teams
7. Experience with sustainable design and green building practices is a plus
8. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to design challenges
