Architect Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working with AutoCAD to create detailed construction documents with minimal guidance
2. Translating concept drawings into construction-ready plans
3. Coordinating with clients and on-site teams for project execution
4. Supporting landscape architects in the production of construction documents and presentation drawings
5. Preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and utilizing SketchUp as needed
6. Ensuring high-quality work with strong attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines
7. Managing communication with seniors, co-workers, and clients for smooth project execution
8. Conducting site supervision when required
9. Demonstrating a strong commitment to landscape architecture principles and company ethics
10. Maintaining proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
