Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the design team to develop unique and functional architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects.
2. Create detailed drawings and renderings using Google SketchUp, Lumion, Enspace and AutoCAD to communicate design concepts effectively.
3. Utilize Adobe Photoshop to enhance visual presentations and create compelling marketing materials.
4. Use MS-Office to prepare project proposals, contracts, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
5. Incorporate design thinking principles into the architectural process to ensure the end product meets the needs of the users.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
7. Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality work within specified constraints.
