We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Revit Architect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in creating parametric families and templates in Autodesk Revit software. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation in building design and modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop custom parametric families and templates in Revit to meet project requirements and standards.
2. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project needs and specifications.
3. Create efficient and scalable Revit families that adhere to industry best practices and standards.
4. Ensure accuracy and consistency in family creation, including parameterization, nested families, and shared parameters.
5. Optimize families and templates for performance, usability, and flexibility in various project types and scales.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to family creation, template setup, and Revit model management.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in Revit family creation and parametric modeling.
8. Provide training and support to team members on Revit family creation workflows and best practices.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in creating custom parametric families and templates in Autodesk Revit.
3. In-depth knowledge of Revit family editor, parameters, constraints, and formulae.
4. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software and related BIM tools.
5. Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and systems.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Dynamo) is a plus.
10. A portfolio showcasing previous Revit family and template creation projects is desirable.
