Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and plan structures, such as buildings, houses, and complexes, considering functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for the project.
3. Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
4. Ensure that designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and zoning laws.
5. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
6. Oversee construction progress to ensure that the project is executed according to the design specifications.
7. Problem-solve and make adjustments to designs as necessary during the construction phase.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques.
