Architect Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the design team to develop initial design concepts, refine ideas, and create visual representations using design software
2. Produce and modify technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools
3. Assist in creating 3D models, renderings, and animations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders
4. Conduct research on materials, building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices to support design decisions
5. Participate in site visits to observe construction progress, document site conditions, and gather relevant data for design updates
6. Help organize and maintain project files, ensuring that drawings, contracts, permits, and other documentation are accurate and up-to-date
7. Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for client meetings, design reviews, and team discussions
8. Continuously expand knowledge of architectural design, building systems, and software tools, receiving mentorship from senior architects
9. Provide support to the team on various tasks to ensure project milestones are met on time
10. Assist in ensuring designs comply with regulatory standards, codes, and sustainability goals, including LEED certification requirements

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Architecture or a related field
2. Proficient in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
3. Basic understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction practices
4. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
6. Passion for design, innovation, and sustainable architecture
