Key responsibilities:

1. Working on client consultation with space planning & layouts
2. Sending detailed quotation to client
3. Creating mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to present design concepts and ideas to clients.
4. Using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Max, or Revit to create precise technical drawings.
5. Managing the budget, ensuring costs stay within the agreed limits, and negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
