Key responsibilities:

The architect will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the design process, from concept development to construction administration, implementation of architectural projects, managing client relationships, collaborating with internal and external team.

1. Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture.

2. Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.

3. Proficiency in ArchiCAD software is essential. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, with 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanour are a must. The role requires a willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally for project meetings, site visits, and execution.

4. Excellent project management and leadership skills.

5. Proven experience as an architect with a focus on commercial, corporate, residential, retail, healthcare, hospitality, institutional & building projects.

6. Archicad (BIM) software skill.
