Area Collection Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve collection targets on assigned products across respective branch
2. Ensure legal guidelines are compiled for the entire collection structure in letter and spirit
3. Ensure the collection agencies and in-house collectors adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force
4. Ensure adherence to the code of conduct
5. Monitor collection agencies and in-house collectors continuously to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities
6. Liaise between creditors and consumers
7. Observe accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans
