About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Relationship and account management:
1. Connect and engage with independent hotels
2. Manage accounts end to end and drive sustainable performance of the region
3. Source and onboard new hotels
4. Travel to different hotels in the portfolio and provide expertise, metrics analysis, and recommendations based on the industry's best practices to hotel partners

B. Portfolio management and driving growth:
1. Grow net revenue in the market, develop business plans to achieve revenue goals, ensure inventory levels exceed demand throughout the market, and maintain rate competitiveness across multiple available platforms

C. Data analysis and reporting:
1. Establish and maintain supplier relationships, train partner hotels on our extranet and wholesale business, review monthly production reports, provide feedback to top-producing hotels, and plan and execute market site visits
2. Build MIS and market intelligence reports, prepare geography wise and service wise sales plans, and achieve them
3. Share insights on market and industry with clients and internal stakeholders

D. Negotiating:
1. Build network, initiate, negotiate, and close deals with the clients
2. Strategize in order to market hotels in a better way

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Masters degree from a reputed institute with 2-4 years of experience in sales/travel trade/key account management/contracting/B2B sales

2. Experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred

3. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power-point

4. Strong communication and influencing skills

5. Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

6. Ability to work in a team and high on energy

Salary
