Job Description:
join our team as an Area Head for the Delhi NCR region. As an Area Head, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to maximize revenue and achieve or surpass corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and implement strategies to forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
Conduct regular presentations, seminars, and meetings to educate and motivate the team.
Review regional expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute regional goals.
Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Address escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate degree.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the broking industry, with a proven track record of leading teams.
Strong skills in Equity Relationship Management, Inside Sales, Life Insurance, B2B Sales, Equity Sales, NISM-5, and Mutual Fund Distribution.
Eligible Degrees:
MBA, BTech/BE, MTech/ME, BA, BSc, and equivalent degrees.
