Job Description
1. Ensure field readiness of new JioFiber Engineer & JioFiber Associate,within TAT by conducting hands-on training - RFR Training.,2. Complete practical evaluation of JFE/JFA, as outlined in the training,manual,3. Perform field audits, performance coaching, buddy rides to ensure,quality of On-the-Job training, completion within TAT - 15 days post,completion of classroom RFR,4. Understand field issues and identify manpower for focused hands-on,training interventions, Skill Enhancement Training Quality of,Installation, SR, Sales,5. Collect and interpret data to determine effectiveness of training,techniques,6. Develop and customize the content, specific to the state.,7. Inventory management & record keeping - Equipment's, tools and,consumablesSkills and Competencies
