1. Create and implement day-to-day effective sales plans to achieve sales targets, perform day-to-day sales operations, expand customer base, and increase market share
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, keep on identifying new business opportunities, and develop & build strong relationships with them and provide excellent customer experience & services
3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities
4. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers
5. Provide accurate sales forecasts, track sales performance, and submit regular sales reports to management
6. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
7. Update knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Science, pharmacy, physiotherapy, prosthetics and orthotics, bio-medical engineering, business, marketing, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Orthopaedics industry, preference will be given to prosthetic and orthotics business candidates, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
