Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends
4. Provide technical support and training to customers on the use of Gati Hybrid Seeds products
5. Monitor and report on competitor activities and market conditions
6. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) is mandatory
