As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
2. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
3. Conduct sales pitches and presentations to showcase our products and services
4. Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
5. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
6. Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to remain competitive in the market
1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
