The candidate must be knowledgeable about the consumer electronics market, especially in products such as LED TVs, washing machines, air conditioners, and refrigerators.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Team Leadership: Manage a sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
New Business Development: Identify and establish partnerships with dealers and distributors to expand the market presence.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Sales Monitoring: Track sales data, analyze market trends, and provide forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
Budget Management: Manage the areas sales budget and ensure resource optimization to maximize profitability.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive actions to stay ahead in the market.
