Area Sales Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within your designated area.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
3. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives, motivating them to achieve their targets.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
6. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously strive to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
8. Conducting 3 to 4 meetings on a daily basis.
