Contribute to the growth of primary and secondary sales by expanding outlets and distributors.
Launch new products, and establish distribution channels for them.
Lead and scale up the sales team to meet the larger market opportunity.
Travel across assigned areas to support and train sales team members.
Represent GO DESi in the market, with a comprehensive understanding of its product.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales and managing a team
Experience in the FMCG industry preferably food
Experience in handling multiple customers and distributors.
Experience working with sales software & ERP systems
Experience and connects across channels (GT, MT, ISS & Institutional Sales)
Good knowledge of the assigned areas. Good knowledge of MS Excel to prepare reports.
