Artificial Intelligence (AI) Associate Job

We, at Supernova, are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic AI Quality Analyst to join our team and work with us on transforming education with our innovative AI-enabled spoken English learning product.

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyse AI activities for quality and provide feedback
2.Analyse AI student interactions and provide feedback and actionable insights
3. Provide feedback to the product team if students face any issues or difficulties with our AI and suggest improvements
4. Sample and analyse AI models for accuracy, quality of interaction and factors as necessary for the project

Desired previous experience:

1. Experience in working with AI tools & prompts
2. Excellent proficiency in English and Tamil is important, while knowledge of other languages is advantageous
3. First-principled problem-solving experience and strong RCA skills
4. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
