ASO Manager Job

We are looking for an ASO (app store optimization) Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a highly skilled and innovative individual who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ASO strategies to increase the visibility and user engagement of our website and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in ASO and a proven track record of delivering results in a competitive landscape.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute successful ASO strategies to improve search rankings and drive installs
2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
3. Optimize store listings & visuals for conversion & traffic growth on app stores (iOS & Android)
4. Monitor and analyze SEO and ASO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, App Annie, and others
5. Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure ASO best practices are properly implemented
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and updates in search engine and app store algorithms
7. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates
8. Prepare and present reports on ASO performance, insights, and strategies to stakeholders

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
2. At least 2 years of experience in ASO (iOS & Android), preferably in the consumer industry
3. Strong knowledge of ranking factors & app store optimization strategies
4. Proficiency in ASO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Firebase, SEMrush, App tweak, Branch, Play Console & App Store Connect)
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies to overcome challenges
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
