Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Assembly Fitter to join our team at AMRUT BROTHERS MACHINERY PVT. LTD. | ALLPLAST. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining safety practices on the shop floor. The Assembly Fitter will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production processes.Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical parts and components based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Install and fit components such as gears, pumps, valves, and other machinery components.
Test and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure proper function.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to assemble and adjust machinery.
Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to determine assembly procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
Report any defects, malfunctions, or quality control issues to supervisors or management.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
Assist in maintaining inventory of parts and materials needed for assembly.
Perform other related tasks as required by the supervisor or management.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in mechanical assembly is a plus.
Proven experience as an assembly fitter or in a similar role in manufacturing or machinery assembly.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and assembly techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Good physical condition and ability to work in a factory environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:
Experience in industrial machinery assembly.
Familiarity with electrical components and basic troubleshooting.Interview Details:
