About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist the account manager in managing and maintaining client accounts
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
4. Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality
5. Prepare and present reports to clients on a regular basis
6. Assist with budget management and invoicing
7. Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients
8. Attend client meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and solutions

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
6. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus

Note: The assistant account manager will support the account manager in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask.
