Full-Time role based in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We are looking for a passionate HR to join our team. A smart individual who aspires to build and contribute to a robust organization. Multi-tasking, driving decisions in a dynamic environment, solving complex business problems to help expand and scale the team, taking full ownership to drive talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and handling end-to-end HR Ops are the key aspects of this role. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
4-7 years of core work experience in recruitment and HR function.
Energetic and self-motivated with ability to work independently and within a team.
Stellar communication skills.
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced startup environment.
