Key responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients and agency representatives through regular interactions and problem-solving
2. Proactive Communication: Anticipate client concerns and queries, address them promptly, and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
3. Team Collaboration & Customized Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify and leverage internal expertise to deliver effective solutions, and liaise with PRS and CS/M team to build solutions tailored to specific client needs
4. Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making
5. Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end deal process ensuring seamless coordination with the operations team
6. Revenue Achievement: Take ownership of meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets
7. Feedback and Improvement: Drive post-sales evaluations and continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with internal teams
8. Client Satisfaction: Uphold a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service and solutions
