Job description
A pre-sales job involves supporting the sales team by providing product demonstrations, responding to technical queries, and helping create proposals. Providing presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients. Building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospective clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct desktop-based research in defined business areas / market segments
Identify potential clients and establish first contacts (cold contact)
Create a constant flow of Leads feeding the sales pipeline according to given KPIs & Goals
Closely Co-Operate with BD managers in Europe.
Maintain Customer Records and prepare Sales Reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent command of English, written and spoken
M.Sc. (organic) chemistry
High level of accuracy when handling data
At least 2 years proven success in a chemistry CRO in a similar role
Market research skills, experience with investigating and harvesting relevant business databases
Front End Sales skills
Proficiency with a major CRM tool
Proficiency with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and similar tools
Proficiency in Working within a professional companys IT infrastructure
Routinely Exceeding set KPIs and Goals
Personal Skills:
Self-starter and go-getter with an outgoing personality
Out-of-the-box thinking and an aptitude for creativity and problem-solving

Education
PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Organic Chemistry, Chemistry
