You will be responsible for driving the expansion of our business within a designated region. This dynamic role requires a balance of sales, academic promotion, logistics, and technical support. You will lead and support the sales team, promote Classklap's academic programs, resolve technical issues, and contribute to product development to ensure the continued growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the growth of Classklap's business in the assigned region through effective sales strategies and execution.
2. Manage and support the sales team with product pitches, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.
3. Promote and manage the delivery of Classklap's academic programs. Ensure that all academic deliverables are met with the highest standards of quality.
4. Lead and manage product launch events, Coordinate and participate in marketing and promotional events to showcase Classklap's offerings.
5. Act as the point of contact for handling technical requests, and collaborate with the technical team to address product-related challenges and improve user experience.
6. Production and logistics management
Qualifications:
Graduate/post-graduate degree in management or related field.
Skills/Knowledge:
1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas, programs, and products persuasively to different stakeholders.
2. Knowledge of the local language is essential
3. Minimum 2 years of experience teaching NU - Grade 8 or experience in teacher training
4. Willing to travel extensively
