Assistant Manager - Compliance Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
2. Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies
3. Develop and support the implementation of company policies as per SEBI (investment advisors) regulations
4. Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues
5. Assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements
6. Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies and conduct training sessions on legal and compliance issues
7. Perform periodic compliance audits on company procedures and process
8. Revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues

Skills & Requirements:

1. Some compliance experience preferably in equity advisory or SEBI compliance
2. Deep interest in legal and statutory compliance and want to make a career in it
