1. Prior experience in finance focused on disbursements - 1-year minimum
2. Good communication skills
3. Prior experience in handling a team
4. Moderate knowledge about the loan process
5. Basic knowledge about APIs (not mandatory, but would be preferable)
6. Have overall 2-years experience - minimum
Annual CTC: 5 - 6 LPA (All fixed)
