Prior experience in finance focused on disbursements - 1-year minimum
Good communication skills
Prior experience in handling a team
Moderate knowledge about the loan process
Basic knowledge about APIs (not mandatory, but would be preferable)
Have overall 2-years experience - minimum
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
