2. Working on relationship management and PR with clients and bankers
3. Handling the preparation of investment deck, teasers, CMAs, information memorandum, project report/proposal note for raising funds
4. Handling the presentation of the proposal to bankers
5. Replying to queries raised by banks and liaisoning with lawyers and valuers
6. Coordinating/Troubleshooting between the client and banker
7. Handling client-banker site visits (including factory and outstation visits)
8. Visiting the banker for proposal finalization/note preparation
(B) Financial and assurance advisory - executing an MIS on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for a client which includes:
1. Working on business consulting
2. Working on valuation and due diligence
3. Working on data analytics and process improvement
4. Working on revenue leakage audits, management audits, debtors, and inventory review
5. Working on end-to-end relationship management of clients
6. Working on the annual balance sheet planning and review with projections
7. Working on the preparation and presentation of data for improvement in the external credit rating of the clients
8. Working on the timely preparation and presentation of a comprehensive MIS on a monthly basis
9. Working on profitability and cost-benefit analysis
