Job Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager HR - Talent Acquisition to join our team in Mumbai Suburban. This is a full-time position, specifically aimed at individuals with experience in recruiting and talent management. The role will involve identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization.

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
Proven experience in recruiting processes, including job posting, interviewing, and selection.
Strong talent management skills to help employees develop their skills and career paths.
Ability to maintain relationships with hiring managers and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a team and also perform independently when required.
Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as per the requirement.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
Plan and conduct recruiting and selection processes, including in-person interviews and assessments.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Promote the companys reputation as a 'best place to work'.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the HR team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Earn certifications in these skills
