Job Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. This is a full-time position based in Kannur, Kerala, India. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for various management and administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Degree in HR Management or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership and management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Knowledge of quality control principles.
Experience in employee training and development.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of in-store marketing strategies is a plus.

Coordinate and oversee various tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
Manage and supervise employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
