Assistant Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the lighting consultant to finalize the lighting concept for the landscape, fa ade, clubhouse, show flats, entrance lobbies, etc.
2. Coordinate internally with other disciplines including architecture, landscape, and interior teams as well as consultants for the exchange of required details, drawings, and views
3. Prepare the lighting tender package for the contracts department within the allotted budget
4. Review and approve technical data sheets and drawings submitted by lighting vendors
5. Provide lighting layout Good for Construction (GFC) drawings to project sites
