6. Proven experience in developing and executing successful customer engagement campaigns across push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and/or RCS messaging
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data insights effectively
8. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
9. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
11. Experience in CRM management, data analytics, and effective stakeholder management
